TERMINATION OF SERVICE
The term of this Agreement will begin upon Maximatic Media’s acceptance of your job order and will end when terminated by either party. If Maximatic Media determines, in its sole discretion, that you are abusing the system, the company (without limiting any other rights or remedies available to it), it may withdraw from the transaction.
THIRD-PARTY MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
You may not run other marketing campaigns while your Maximatic Media service is being provided. Using third-party services to purchase followers, likes, views, comments, fans, votes, or impressions can negatively impact your order with Maximatic Media. Providing login credentials to third-party services can also compromise your account, and Maximatic Media will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur as a result. We strongly advise against using these types of services and will not be responsible for any issues that arise from their use.
SERVICE DURATION
Any time frames mentioned on https://www.maximaticmedia.com (and it’s subdomains), by Maximatic Media employees, in any chats, emails, phone conversations, or any other correspondence is not a guarantee of how long it will take the marketing campaign to successfully finish. The service duration for each service will be tailored to each customer and will be noted in the emailed service agreement contract contingent on the deliverables agreed upon by both parties.
UNAUTHORIZED CHANGES TO ACCOUNT
The customer may not change, alter or modify their account details without the expressed written consent of Maximatic Media while the Terms of Service agreement is in effect. This includes but is not limited to username/profile URL/handle changes, name changes, bio changes, profile visibility changes (i.e. taking the account from “public” to “private”), the archiving or deletion of posts and/or stories, or profile picture/avatar image changes. Making unauthorized changes to the profile without the Maximatic Media’s written consent may compromise the Maximatic Media’s ability to deliver the service and negatively impact the duration of time in which the service can be delivered. Thus, failure to comply with this clause may be considered as a breach of Agreement and may result in termination of contract.
